About The Wine
Ebony Vale bring you this fantastic non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon with rich fruity flavours of red berry and plum giving a slightly sweeter red wine.
They use grapes that are harvested early to ensure lower sugar levels to reduce the potential alcohol. Grapes are gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures giving excellent colour and aromas. The alcohol is then gently removed at low pressure vacuum distillation at low temperature to ensure the flavours and aromas are unharmed.
Serving Suggestion
This Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful accompaniment to any red meat dish, grilled vegetables, antipasti or pasta with a tomato basil sauce.
