All our deliveries are sent using a Next Day Delivery service via our delivery partners. However, delays can occur that are outside of our control so please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of shipping notification, please email us at GoneMissing@GoodStuffDrinks.com.
Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends, bank holidays and at busy times (e.g. Christmas) shipping may be delayed.
Unfortunately, due to the higher charges from our couriers we have to charge some Scottish postcodes at a higher rate.
Checking Your Delivery
We request that you check your delivery (regardless of size) within 48 hours of receipt to ensure all items are correct. We will not be able to issue a refund if any discrepancies are reported after this time.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. We have a fixed fee for delivery up to £50 so order as many bottles as you want.
For any orders over £50, there’s free delivery.
Next Day Delivery
We pay our courier for a next-day service, but unfortunately, sometimes on rare occasions, there can be delays which are out of our control. We will always keep you updated with any changes to your delivery.
Do you deliver to non-mainland UK or Europe?
We can arrange delivery for all orders to non-mainland UK or Europe.
