Returns & Money Back Guarantee

We want you to relax and enjoy your drinks when you buy from us so we've introduced a Money Back Guarantee to complement our simple returns policy to help you shop with peace of mind.

Returns

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact.

To return your goods, please send us an email at HereToHelp@GoodStuffDrinks.com via our contact us page with your order number and reason for return.

The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund the full price of the products ordered minus any discounts and delivery charges within 14 days from the date of cancellation or receipt of returned goods, whichever is the later.

We must be made aware of any claims for non-delivery within 7 working days of your delivery date, but please remember all you need to do is contact us if you have any questions.

The customer is fully responsible for postage costs in order to return the products.

Money Back Guarantee

Here at Good Stuff Drinks we offer a money back guarantee if you’re not completely happy with your purchase. Please send us an email at HereToHelp@GoodStuffDrinks.com via our contact us page as soon as possible with your order number and reason for return. All we ask is that you haven’t drunk all your order so our minimum return amounts per order is 83% which normally breaks down to:

  • Minimum 5 bottles from an order of 6
  • Minimum 10 bottles from an order of 12
  • Minimum 20 bottles from an order of 24

Checking Your Delivery

We request that you check your delivery (regardless of size) within 48 hours of receipt to ensure all items are correct.  We will not be able to issue a refund if any discrepancies are reported after this time.
