Checking Your Delivery

We request that you check your delivery (regardless of size) within 48 hours of receipt to ensure all items are correct.  We will not be able to issue a refund if any discrepancies are reported after this time.

Delivery

All our deliveries are sent via courier and should arrive within 1-2 days.  However, delays can occur that are outside of our control so please allow 4-5 working days for your delivery.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of shipping notification, please Contact Us.

Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends, bank holidays and at busy times (e.g. Christmas) shipping may be delayed.

Courier deliveries

Standard deliveries are normally between 8am and 5pm on Monday to Friday.  During busy periods, couriers may deliver outside of these hours.

Only book a delivery if somebody will be in to accept it during the hours stated above or if you’ve designated a safe place for the goods to be left.

‘Leave Safe’ instructions

A signature is required when our couriers deliver a parcel.  If you designate a safe place that doesn’t require a signature (e.g. back garden, shed, under porch) you agree liability for any loss should the parcel(s) go missing after it’s left.

If no-one is available to receive the delivery, our couriers will leave a contact card detailing how you can rearrange delivery or how to collect from a local depot.

Please be aware you cannot change the delivery address after a delivery job is booked without incurring a new delivery charge.

Returns

You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact.

To return your goods, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility. We will refund the full price of the products ordered minus any discounts and delivery charges within 14 days from the date of cancellation or receipt of returned goods, whichever is the later.

We must be made aware of any claims for non-delivery within 7 working days of your delivery date, but please remember all you need to do is contact us if you have any questions.

The postage and safe return of the goods in this case is the customer’s responsibility. It is worth considering recorded delivery, which is trackable.

Money Back Guarantee

Here at Good Stuff Drinks we offer a money back guarantee if you’re not completely happy with your purchase. Please contact us page. as soon as possible with your order number and reason for return. All we ask is that you haven’t drunk all your order so our minimum return amounts per order is 83% which normally breaks down to:

  • Minimum 5 bottles from an order of 6
  • Minimum 10 bottles from an order of 12
  • Minimum 20 bottles from an order of 24

Occasionally we may need to substitute selection pack products due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will endeavour to contact you beforehand.

All our wine and beer will have a minimum of two weeks best before date unless stated.

In some rare occasions it may be necessary to substitute a beer for a like for like beer.
