About The Gewürztraminer Riesling
The Very Cautious One bring your this wonderful Gewürztraminer Riesling that will leave your friends incredulous that it’s abv is 0.0%.
This wonderfully aromatic wine carries with it traces of rose, musk and spice. It’s accompanied by a palate that’s both sweet (hints of Turkish delight) and balanced with the acidity of the Reisling.
The grapes are slowly fermented in individual parcels over a 10-14 day process before being gently dealcoholised using vacuum technology at low temperatures (30-35 °C) maintaining the flavours and minimising aroma loss.
About The Shiraz
The grapes for this wine are harvested when they show vibrant berry flavours and plush tannis. They’re cooly fermented for 4-5 days before being gently pressed, maintaining the freshness and maximissing the fruitiness.
This red Shiraz from The Very Cautious One is vibrant with a lush berry fruit accompanied by a sweet vanillin oak and soft tannins giving a rich structure and warm flavours.
The wine is dealcohised using a process of distillation under vacuum allowing the alcohol to be removed at low temperature maximising the flavour and aroma kept in the wine.
Serving Suggestions
The Gewürztraminer Riesling is a wine that can be enjoyed anytime, but goes especially well with fish, salads or spicy Asian cuisine.
The Shiraz is a wonderful accompaniment to your favourite lamb or beef dishes.
